Who would have thought singer and rapper MK K-Clique has acting chops to show! To Top it off the first time actor will be co-staring alongside local sweetheart Mira Filzah. The news comes as a shock to fans, as the project was kept under wraps by well known director and publisher Michael Ang who promised fans, the drama will not be like the other stereotypical love stories, saying “not typical love story!”

Hip-Hop/Rap group K-Clique that was once nominated for MTV Europe Music Award for Best Southeast Asian Act, truly propelled MK’s career to where now he is venturing into the acting industry. This would be the rapper’s first movie debut and first huge steps as leading actor, hence why fans can’t seem to control their excitement as they anticipately wait for a release date.
However, some fans have other opinions about the casting choices, many flooded the comment section of Michael Ang’s Instagram page with suggestions to replace Mira Filzah with Nabila Razali instead as leading actress for the film.
MK has worked alongside Nabila in a music video for a song called Peluang Kedua and from there was when fans have loved their acting skills and chemistry together. As of now fans can only hope there will be another chance for MK and Nabila to star in a drama together, but for now we can’t wait to watch his debut!
