TMZ was the first to break the news, with their sources saying the song—dropping this Friday—will be about the night Max and Demi met. TMZ’s sources also claim the song tells the story of Max’s “inner dialogue” on the night in question, and how he knew their relationship was legit, was terrified of falling for Demi right away, and couldn’t even sleep because he “wanted to be with her forever.” Oh okay?
Oh and also, ~apparently~, Max recorded this song in a “makeshift studio” during quarantine while he and Demi were still together. You can listen to it on a streaming service near you this Friday. And according to the sources, there’s also gonna be a music video.

P.S. This update comes as a source tells E! News that Demi “is having all sorts of issues with Max not leaving her alone” and that “He has been trying to get in contact with her family and friends and they have all blocked him. She’s in contact with lawyers now on what to do.” This. Is. Too. Much.
