No matter how hard school was, however, there’s no denying that movies about teenagers are totally entertaining, even as adults. In those formative years between the ages of 13 and 19, a person experiences so many changes ith their friendships, family dramas, and the many first times, but it’s always way more fun to watch someone else go through that suckiness. So we’ve done you the favour and rounded up the best movies filled with teenage raging hormones, heartbreak, and of course the drama!

1. High School Musical

Troy, Sharpay, Grabiella, and the gang deserve another watch after all those years!

2. Mean Girls

Starring Lindsay Lohan and Rachel McAdams as we know this movie is the pinnacle of the teen show we loved watching growing up if only all we had to worry about now was homework and boy probs.

3. Dude

The show follows four best friends who negotiate loss and major life changes during the last two weeks of high school.

4. 17 Again

Mike is unhappy with the way his life has turned out and wishes he could be 17 again to change it. One day, he wakes up to find that his wish has been granted. It wouldn’t be a complete teen movie without younger Zac Efron in the movie.

5. Princess Diaries
