Leg hair, don’t care! New mom Perry has way more important things to attend to — like, her tiny bundle of joy Daisy.

While Perry was on the set of ‘American Idol’, she recorded an Instagram story where a fellow judge Luke Bryan good-naturedly teased her for missing a spot while shaving.

In the video, The “Roar” singer had her leg propped up on her table, and the slit in her white pant leg exposed her skin.
“I know you’re a mom and everything, but we’ve got to do something about this leg here,” Bryan told Perry, as she panned the camera away from him to show her leg where she had missed a patch of hair while shaving.
In response to the friendly jab, she responded in a comical high-pitched voice,
“No! I don’t got time! I’d rather cuddle with my daughter.”
She also wrote, “#MOMSKNOW” across her IG story video.
Previously, the “Dark Horse” singer had revealed on the hit talent TV show that she was no longer terribly concerned about her leg hair care routine even since she gave birth to her baby girl in August 2020. She gushed to contestant Cassandra Coleman,
“Your voice is a spiritual experience. It is otherworldly, angelic. As a new mother, I don’t have very much time, so I quit shaving, but when you sang, the hair on my legs grew an inch and a half. Full body chills! It was amazing.”
Soon after, host Ryan Seacrest added,
“I tell you, Luke (Bryan) was checking to make sure you were telling the truth while talking.”
Perry then lifted her right leg up onto the table to give her fellow judge a closer look. Bryan exclaimed,
“She literally has leg hair!”
In response, Seacrest deadpanned,
“Thank you for the forensic report.”
It’s the year 2021, guys. Why are we still so hung up on women’s body hair, anyway?
