Local actor Aedy Ashraf stole the attention of his fans when he shared a video on his Instagram of his shenanigans receiving his jab of the COVID-19 vaccination recently.
Aedy told his followers that he actually has a phobia towards needles. However, that hasn’t made him an anti-vaxxer.

The nurse in charge of giving the jab also received compliments for the way she calmed an anxious Aedy down during the vaccination process.
“Because I’m afraid of needles. But what’s important is that I took up my responsibility. To everyone who is afraid of needles, I understand how you guys feel but don’t worry, the needle they use is very small, you won’t even feel it…”
The nurse on the other hand, told the Projek Anchor SPM star to calm down and not worry during the jabbing process.

“Besides acting, can you sing? Did you know that today’s actually a very hungry day? What did you eat today?” The nurse said cheerfully.
Looking through the comments, many fans and followers of Aedy complimented the nurse for her work and technic of distracting the film star.
“It’s a good thing she’s good at conversing.”
Aedy’s artist friends on the other hand were keener to tease him. Harris Annuar, Dayana Roza and Bella Dowanna shared laughs watching the moment.
The phobia of needles is real and is known as trypanophobia, where an individual gets stressed and afraid when they are needed to do something that involves needles.
