Seriously, I think Halsey has all the talents in this world. This year alone, the 26-years-old has released a new album, studied for the bar exam, and penned a poetry collection—and now she’s headed for the big screen. That’s right: Next year, Halsey will make her animated feature film debut in Disney’s Sing 2.

Due out in theaters next year, Sing 2—a sequel to 2016’s Sing—will feature a cast of familiar faces lending their vocal talents to a roster of animated animals, Rolling Stone reported. Halsey is one of several music icons joining the franchise in round two (Pharrell Williams and U2’s Bono are also getting in on the fun). They’ll add to an already star-studded cast that includes Reese Witherspoon, Scarlett Johansson, and Rocketman‘s Taron Egerton.
According to Rolling Stone, Halsey will portray the character Porsche, who is described as the entitled daughter of “ruthless wolf mogul” Jimmy Crystal.
The film won’t officially debut until December 21, 2021, but Halsey is already celebrating. “My character Portia is amazing and AWFUL hahahaha,” Halsey tweeted following the casting announcement. “I can’t wait for this I loveddddddd Sing so much I nearly fainted when they asked me to be in the sequel !!!!!”
