Some fans may be elated to hear that Hollywood’s forever-stud, Zac Efron, is now officially single while others are wishing for a reconciliation between him and ex-Vanessa Valladares.
The insanely cute romance between Zac Efron and his waitress/model-turned-celebrity girlfriend, Vanessa Valladares, has ended after 10 months, 2 months shy to a year of dating—which is basically equivalent to a decade in Hollywood time, if we’re being real. Both Page Six and Australia’s The Daily Telegraph have confirmed reports that the pair have broken up.

As of now, the reason remains unclear as to what caused Efron’s and Valladares’s split, but this isn’t the first time that the couple has been hit with breakup rumours. In late November, sources told The Sun that the pair were breaking up because of an issue with distance. At the time, Efron was filming his upcoming movie Gold in Adelaide, Australia, which reportedly was more than 1,000 miles away from where the couple first met and were living in Byron Bay.

Sad to see a great couple fall victim to the age-old issue among many relationships, distance! However, we can’t deny the fact that the idea of Zac Efron being a bachelor again… is making us wonder who we’ll see him with next (ahem can we, for a moment, wish it was us?).
Efron and 25-year-old Valladares were first spotted together in mid-2020. They reportedly met at a cafe where Valladares worked as a waitress while pursuing her modelling career. Before long, there were even rumours that the pair were looking to buy a house together. While it seemed like things were getting serious very quickly, as of now, they have reportedly decided to go their separate ways.
