For everyone wondering how High School Musical legend Zac Efron and his girlfriend Vanessa Valladares are holding up down under, in Australia, they’re doing just peachy. According to a close source who revealed to Us Weekly, “Zac’s loving his life in Australia. He’s settled down and very happy with his girlfriend. It’s serious.”

Early in his explosive career, Efron developed quite a party-boy/playboy reputation, which was no secret due to his quick switch from Disney’s High School Musical franchise to Neighbours. All the fast paced life caught up to the actor, back in 2013, he went to rehab for alcohol and substance abuse. He fortunately is now sober and healthy.
“Zac and Vanessa are really good for each other. She has calmed him down a lot, and he’s not partying too much,” a source exclusively told Us in September, while a second insider revealed that the waitress “spends most nights” at her boyfriend’s house in Australia.
“He’s in love with this girl, Vanessa,” the Kyle and Jackie O Show cohost later said. “They’re lovely. Beautiful couple. They do everything together. … They’re just really sweet. They seem really settled and nice.”
“He’s living eight hours outside of Sydney. Nobody bothers him,” the source said. “He hangs out with the Hemsworths. He goes surfing. He’s coming a long way from partying in L.A.”

Sigh, we can’t lie our heart breaks a little to know that Zac Efron is officially a committed man, but clearly they’re living their best lives with the Hemsworths, so, moving on!
