Tommy Pickles, Chuckie Finster, and the rest of the Rugrats gang are back for more fun in the trailer for Paramount+’s new revival of the long-time childhood series.

Recently, Paramount streaming service dropped the latest look at the reboot of the Nickelodeon original series created by Arlene Klasky, Gabor Csupo, and Paul Germain. The series’ tiny tots embark on an Indiana Jones-inspired treasure hunt, a battle against a giant green dog, and a high-speed car chase in the colourful, crazy worlds of their own imagination. Rugrats first debuted in August 1991 and went on to become a mega-popular franchise on Nickelodeon. In addition to a TV show, Rugrats inspired three hit films, merchandise and so much more. After 13 years and nine seasons, Rugrats signed off in August 2004.

The series will premier Thursday, May 27, from Nickelodeon Animation Studio sees the reimagined babies explore their world with new original stories while also complementing and paying homage to the original series which originally debuted in 1991.
