When you spend money on a certain product, you’d expect the product to be of proper quality. According to the price, usually. So when you spend a big sum of money on a product, by default you’d expect a quality product delivered to you.
Unfortunately, this Malaysian felt that she did not feel that quality as she unboxed her purchased product. @9hoursofsenses shared on Twitter her experience of what she describes as “shocking quality”.

She emphasized that the company was not fond of having problems, but nothing has changed over the months.
In the posting, she shared a few photos to support her argument of dissatisfaction upon receiving the product.

In the photo, she shows a conversation with her designer friend who was shocked to witness the final product.

“Oh god, it looks like they paid a factory RM7 to make it.”
She continued her thread sharing another screenshot of a friend who also had a bad experience with local shopping.

She then shared that the product team was quick to respond after her post went viral.

However, she was still disappointed as the solution she was offered seemed to go against what the company stood for.

Despite all the criticism, she ended her rant by sharing why it’s important to voice our dissatisfaction with products even if it’s a local business.

The moral of this story goes two ways; for customers to be brave and voice out their dissatisfaction with the product quality if it’s not on par with the amount of money paid as well as for local businesses to improve quality in producing the items. This way, not only will we see all businesses in general improve, but happy and loyal customers. Let’s be responsible traders, everyone!
