How do honey bees ward off murder hornets? Poop decorations.

It seems that humans aren’t the only species rendered weak by the smell of poop. The same applies to dangerous murder hornets.

According to recent research from the University of Guelph, honey bees in Vietnam collect animal poop and place it around the entrances of their nests in order to protect them from getting attacked by fatal hornets.
