The man who made the wildly successful Titanic and Avatar film franchise has spoken regarding rumours that he is involved in the development of an OceanGate film, documenting the death of five men who died in the tragedy.
Cameron said that although he usually refrains from responding to “offensive rumours”, he has decided to speak up on this one in particular.
“I don’t respond to offensive rumours in the media usually, but I need to now,” Cameron said. “I’m not in talks about an OceanGate film, now will I ever be,” the filmmaker added.
