Seventeen years after calling off their engagement, Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck are going from friendly exes to… (fingers crossed) something more. According to sources close to both Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck (who dished the tea to E! News), the former couple have been spending time together in Los Angeles after her recent split from ex-fiance Alex Rodriguez.

The Oscar winner Affleck whisked his former flame, Jennifer Lopez, away on a private jet this past weekend for a romantic getaway trip to a luxury ski resort in Montana, where the actor is understood to own a chalet. Sources have also claimed to E! News that the pair spent “about a week” together at the club, and they “were alone” during their stay. However, after getting back to their homes in LA, they have has been spotted multiple times going to J.Lo’s California home during the day, we hear, after having been picked up in a white Escalade SUV that allegedly belongs to Lopez and then taken to her nearby mansion.
Lopez and Affleck were once the “it” couple of the early, buzzing, 2000s. They were together from 2002 until 2004, and took their relationship up a notch, and got engaged in November 2002 after she split from husband Cris Judd in June of that year. Lopez later told in an interview that when she met Affleck she “felt like … ‘Okay, this is it.'”
The two have remained on good terms and have nothing but good things to say about each other, but sparks have been flying since their reunion, could there be a relationship in the making?
