Banyak negara yang turut terlibat dalam pertandingan itu. Setiap negara diwakili oleh model wanita cantik yang memperagakan kostum unik mereka.
Pertandingan pusingan awal pencarian Miss Grand InternationalĀ itu baru berlangsung semalam, 24 Mac 2021. Finalis yang berjaya ke peringkat seterusnya akan dipertandingkan pada 27 Mac ini.
Pada pertandingan pusingan awal, model Aurra Kahrishma iaitu wakil dari Indonesia telah memperagakan kostum yang sangat unik.
