A Malaysian man recently made headlines for taking a highly-amusing approach towards reducing noise levels near his home at night.

Fed-up with motorists making excessive noise while speeding down a street right beside his home during wee hours, Nur Muhammad Roslam Harun – a 40-year-old man from Terengganu – decided to build no less than eleven speed bumps across a stretch of the road…
