The Malaysian Prime Minister, Muhyiddin Yassin will be among the first few individuals in the country to receive the COVID-19 Pfizer vaccine.
This is in order to convince the Malaysian public of the safety and efficacy of the vaccine.
The vaccine will first be distributed to frontline healthcare workers, high-risk groups such as the elderly, and those with chronic respiratory/non-communicable diseases.
