A Malaysian man recently mocked the implementation of the Movement Control Order (MCO) by throwing a kenduri kepala kambing (goat head feast) in Langgar, Kedah

According to Free Malaysia Today, Mohd Naim Md Isa had filmed the gathering and repeatedly made light of the COVID-19 outbreak in a 57-second video clip.

The 49-year-old pleaded guilty to the offence yesterday, 25 March, under Section 233 of the Communications and Multimedia Act, which carries a maximum fine of RM50,000 or jail up to one year, or both, upon conviction.
