Miley Cyrus was hospitalized on Tuesday (8 Oct.), presumably due to tonsillitis.
The “Mothers Daughter”singer revealed the news to her 99.8 million followers on her instragram stories, hoping for a speedy recovery, ahead of her scheduled performance at Gorillapalooza.
“Trying to heal as quick as I can to make it to Gorillapalooza w @theellenshow @portiaderossi @brunomars this weekend! Send gooooood vibes my way!” she wrote alongside a selfie of herself in the hospital bed.
“Hoping the Rock star G*DS send me boost of bad ass and help me kick this shit to the curb where it belongs! We got gorillas to save!” she continued.
The also shared a few other photos while at the hospital. One of the pictures shows Miley standing in front of a mirror with a hospital gown next to her mom, Tish, who is fixing her hair. “How you present yourself can determine how you feel! Thank you mama for helpin this little sickyyy look a little bit better by brushin my hair for me,” she wrote. “mommy’s are the best!”
And in another stories, Miley shared a photo of her posing in front of the mirror with a new look to her hospital gown that she had DIY’ed to fit to her taste.
“Redesigned my hospital gown….kinda @ysl” she wrote.
