More PlayStation 5 Units in Asian Markets After January 2021, Say Sources
The severe shortage of PlayStation 5 units in Asian markets may soon be resolved as Sony Interactive Entertainment (SIE) is expected to produce between 16.8 and 18 million units in 2021.
According to a report by Digitimes and Gematsu, industry sources say SIE is currently prioritising North American and European markets.
However, consumers in Asian countries may not have to wait too long as sources say more PS5 units will be shipped to Asian markets after January 2021.
