New Sequel From Batman TV Series Showrunner Won’t Be Found Footage
A sequel to 2008’s Cloverfield is happening, but unlike its predecessor, it won’t be a found footage movie.
This sequel is being written by Joe Barton, the showrunner behind HBO Max’s Batman spinoff show centered around the Gotham City Police Department. It will be produced by original Cloverfield producer, J.J. Abrams, and Bad Robot’s head of film, Hanna Minghella, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
