1. Gabungkan semua bahan roti kecuali majerin. Gaul dengan sebati.
2. Masukkan marjerin dan uli sehingga elastik.
3. Timbang setiap 65 gram doh dan biarkan sehingga kembang dua kali ganda.
4. Bakar dalam suhu 180°C selama 20 minit (ikut kesesuaian oven).
5. Sebatikan 150 gram cream cheese dan 20 gram gula halus sehingga menjadi creamy.
