In Singapore’s fight against COVID-19, the wait for a vaccine is almost over.

On December 14, 2020, Singaporean Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong announced during a televised national address that the country had approved the use of the COVID-19 vaccine co-developed by Pfizer and BioNTech, and would look to roll out administration of its first batch by the end of the year.
