South Korea is now testing pet cats and dogs for COVID-19

Just a few weeks after South Korea reported its first pet-related COVID-19 incident, Seoul is now officially testing dogs and cat for the virus if they exhibit any symptoms of the illness.

The virus does mostly spread from one human to another but it can also spread from people to animals or from animals to humans. However, animals spreading it to humans is much less likely according to health experts.
