Robert Pattinson, has tested positive for COVID-19, causing production for the highly anticipated film be on a halt.
WarnerBros. recently confirmed that production have been delayed due to a crew member who has tested positive for the virus. In a statement, the company shared, “A member of The Batman production has tested positive for Covid-19, and is isolating in accordance with established protocols. Filming is temporarily paused.”
However, the company declined to identify the individual citing privacy concerns.
The actor later shared with GQ, that he was social distancing in a London flat, rented for him, along with his girlfriend Suki Waterhouse.
“Literally, I’m just barely doing anything,” he revealed. Pattinson also said that he’s been ignoring his trainer, who has been training him for the Batman role.
The production team has had a few setbacks to film the movie. The first was in March, when the team was forced to delay production, in London, due to the global pandemic.
