The COVID-19 pandemic came along and took down many things with it. Lives, economies, and all the things we took for granted. And that’s just the tip of the iceberg for most.
One often overlooked silent killer is mental health, which in light of the pandemic became not so overlooked anymore. After all, that is the nature of pandemics. They’re stressful.
Most live in a constant fear and anxiety of them or their loved ones catching the virus, losing a job, or worse, losing their life.
