TikTok’s userbase is rapidly growing in Southeast Asia
According to an August 2020 report in Reuters, at close to 400 million downloads, more than half of the region’s 630 million population is already using the popular video-sharing platform.
It is ranked first amongst video apps in countries such as Indonesia, Thailand, and Malaysia.
