Twitter removes Mahathir’s tweet saying Muslims have a right to kill French people
Former Malaysian prime minister, Mahathir Mohamad recently tweeted his opinion on the current French political situation, saying Muslims have a right to “kill millions of French”.
He posted the comments to both his blog and Twitter account in light of the recent terror attacks in the French city, Nice where an attacker killed three people.
Before the tweet got removed, Twitter left it there with a warning that it “glorifies violence”
