According to the charge paper, Mohamed Badruldin, who is unemployed, had murdered the baby boy at a low-cost flat of PPR Lembah Subang in Jalan PJU 1A/42, between 8am and 3.30pm on 27 April.
The first charge was framed under Section 302 of the Penal Code, which carries a mandatory death sentence.
