Pasir Mas district police chief Mohamad Roy Suhaimi confirmed the incident with Harian Metro and said that investigations are underway.
“We are investigating to identify the cause of death and we hope that the public will not make speculations before the case is solved,” he said.
The body has been taken to Pasir Mas Hospital for an autopsy.
