On the afternoon of November 2, 2020, Singaporeans who looked out of their windows discovered something strange.
Above in the sky, they saw what appeared to be a massive wave, gradually sweeping across the island state.
I bet many thought it was a giant tsunami wave. Some kids could have toyed with the idea of a massive kaiju emerging from the sea.
It was a huge rain cloud.
And boy did it pour. The thunderstorm resulted in flash floods in some areas of Singapore.
