Wearing your pyjamas while you WFH is not good for your mental health

Working from home seemed like a very appealing idea when it was first introduced.

At least to me it was.

I don’t have to wake up early and commute to work, I can work from my bed if I have to and I don’t have to groom myself that much. The best part? Sweatpants are totally acceptable in my office.

What’s there not to like?

But that was when the pandemic first hit us with a harsh wave of lockdowns in 2020. Now, it’s 2021 and with no end in sight, we need to talk about healthy work…
