The latest quirky thing to come out of Japan is this line of capsule toy figures depicting animals weighing themselves on a scale, and they cost US$2.90 (300 yen) each.
For those of us who have a routine, or previously had the tendency to weigh ourselves, we will find the animal figures, along with the feeling of stepping on a scale, familiar.
