Despite all the space that they have (1,382-acres of it, to be exact), one of our fave celebrity couples is apparently feeling like they’re “suffocating” in the presence of each other.
As adorable as they are together, Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton are reportedly needing time alone. The couple, who have been together in quarantine at Shelton’s 10 Point Ranch in Oklahoma, are reportedly tired of each other. Us Weekly reports,
“They feel suffocated and stressed. They’re both stretched to the limit.”
However, even the most solid of couples can feel shaken in light of how the coronavirus pandemic has changed our lives. This may just be a rough patch. After all, the couple is also juggling the stress of moving. Following the purchase of a $13.2 million mansion, the pair have been coordinating the move and this has taken a toll on them. A source said,
“Friends say this move has turned into a nightmare. This is the toughest period they’ve had so far without a doubt.”
What exactly is nightmarish about it? We might never know. The same source has also said that the singers 50-year-old Shelton and 44-year-old Stefani) are meeting in the middle.
“They know how to compromise… [they know how to] work through any tension and look at the bigger picture.”
With plans to tie the knot this fall, we hope they get through this down and go back to the sweet, smiley and giggly lovebirds that they have been!
