A former bodyguard of the famous momager has filed a lawsuit against the 64-year-old mother of six.
Documents obtained by The Blast show that the suit, filed by Marc McWilliams, claims that momma Jenner created a hostile work environment that included racial and gender discrimination as well as a ‘pattern of unwanted and unwelcome advances and otherwise harassing misconduct’. Amongst the allegations of racial discrimination include acts like ‘pervasive and cruel mockery, harassment, belittling, and otherwise humiliating mistreatment by defendants due to (his) race.’ It also lists Kourtney Kardashian (eldest of Jenner’s children) as a defendant in the suit.

Of course, being the manager that she is, Jenner has been quick to deny these claims. Through her lawyer and in a statement to the DailyMail.com, it is confirmed that Kourtney – while named in the suit – has not been “accused of doing anything improper with the guard”. He went on to say:
“Kris Jenner and Kourtney Kardashian vehemently deny the completely false claims made by former security guard Marc McWilliams. His absurd allegations are clearly fabricated and are contrary to easily confirmed facts. Kris never acted inappropriately toward him. The security company stopped assigning McWilliams to work there after the guard was repeatedly caught sleeping in his car on the job.”
There have been no previous reports of such incidents from McWilliams (who worked with Jenner in 2017) nor any of the other security personnel working with the famous family. It was not long after he was let go in 2018 that he filed a claim with the Department Of Fair Employment and Housing.

Recently, after more than a decade, the Kardashian-Jenner clan announced the end of their 20-season long reality TV show. The show, which quickly cemented its place on TV since its debut in 2007 as a result of the family’s sometimes ludicrous antics, was the catalyst for many of the families now thriving businesses. As for what they intend to do about this suit, the lawyer representing Jenner says:
“When Kris and Kourtney defeat this ridiculous, frivolous lawsuit they intend to immediately sue McWilliams and his attorneys for malicious prosecution.”
