Time to spread your wings!
It seems that singer Noki from the group K-Clique is gaining nothing but success following his stint on the 35th addition of the Anugerah Juara Lagu awards recently. Sources now say that Noki will spread his wings further into the arts industry by participating in the world of acting.

Noki, whose real name is Ahmad Ikhwan Aji, said he would now like to try acting to challenge himself in other fields besides singing. He explained further that he’ll be involved in a project where he will be playing the main actor who carries a ‘naughty’ role or as he said himself, ‘nakal-nakal‘.

“This is my first experience so of course, I’m excited. I’ve made plans to enrol in acting classes…to me if something can be fruitful, why not give it a shot. If we don’t try we’ll never know how capable we really are as an individual!”
Although prepared to invest in the acting industry, Noki said he will never disregard his main career which is singing. Only intending to make acting his side hustle, Noki hopes all of his plans will be eased and hopes his fans will support his efforts in the development of his overall career.

Noki has told the media previously that he was interested in pursuing the acting field, specifically playing characters that involved the ‘action’ role. As he states during an interview with a media portal:
“If I was offered a role, I’d definitely take it! I like these rough charactered roles, less for the romantic ones!”Â
Noki is known for his songs with his rap group K-Clique such as ‘Pulang’, ‘Mimpi’, ‘Sah Tu Sah’. His song ‘Gila’ with Kaka Azraff and Loca B recently won the Anugerah Juara Lagu earlier this year.
