Co-stars Who Can’t Stand Each Other Off-Screen

Background

The true testament of an actor’s capabilities is the ability to pretend. And the celebrities listed below did this to a T.

1. Lea Michele and Naya Rivera

20th Television

Lea Michele’s diva antics have been a constant rumour going about in the entertainment industry. Many stars have spoken up about her attitude, and that includes fellow Glee star Naya.

Reports claim that,

“(they were) always icy to each other. Naya is jealous that Lea is the show’s main star…There is a lot of sighing and eye-rolling between them.”

However, Lea was quick to put out the fires by saying,

“It’s really unbelievable the amount of things that can just be completely made up,” she said on The Late Show. “The way people like to pit women against each other … is really annoying and it’s sad.”

2. Ariana Grande and Victoria Justice

Nickelodeon

Nickelodeon series ‘Victorious’ paired up Ariana and Victoria together as friends, but things don’t seem to be that way in real life…

When the show was canceled after just four seasons, a social media feud flared up between the two girls.

Ariana wrote on her ask.fm,

“Sweetheart the only reason Victorious ended is because 1 girl didn’t want to do it. She chose to do a solo tour instead of a cast tour. If we had done a cast tour Nickelodeon would have ordered another season of Victorious while Sam and Cat filmed simultaneously but she chose otherwise. I’m sick of this bs.”

Victoria followed up with a tweet, saying

However, the two girls seemed to have put the past behind and are getting along well these days.

3. Bette Davis and Joan Crawford

Warner Bros Pictures

The rumour is Bette Davis and Joan Crawford had been harbouring resentment for each other for nearly 30 years before they even co-starred in ‘What Ever Happened to Baby Jane?’

At one point, Bette kicked Joan’s head so hard that the latter needed stitches. Bette also called Crawford “the phony c***” and later said,

“The best time I ever had with Joan Crawford was when I pushed her down the stairs in Whatever Happened To Baby Jane?”

And the fact that we bought their performances…what a talented bunch!
