A man believed to be under home quarantine was spotted going out and about while wearing his Ministry of Health-issued pink wristband
He was seen outside a mini-market along Jalan Ujong Pasir in Melaka over the weekend.
According to a report in New Straits Times, the information about the man breaching his home quarantine was relayed by a retiree named Sofea Abdullah on Saturday, 5 June.
