Angka tersebut menjadikan jumlah kumulatif kini turut meningkat ke 56,659 kes, bersamaan 13,842 kes aktif dengan kebolehjangkitan.
Ketua pengarahnya, Tan Sri Datuk Seri Dr Noor Hisham Abdullah berkata, tiga negeri yang mencatatkan kes tertinggi hari ini ialah Selangor dengan 1,203 kes (63.9 peratus), Sabah dengan 289 kes (15.3 peratus) dan Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur dengan 166 kes (10.4 peratus).
